Kasbah Mamouna à Essaouira

Located just a few kilometres from Essaouira, this pretty dry stone built villa is a seductive retreat for friends or family to enjoy a holiday.
The architecture of the house is modelled on that of the Moroccan kasbah with the interiors designed and decorated in a very contemporary manner while incorporating local materials and traditional objects.

The villa is located in a private garden of a hectare and has a beautiful swimming pool of 16m x 6m for you to relax by and soak up the sun. To one side a large pool house is located which boasts a living room and also a kitchen as well as a Bathroom / WC. The view is uninterrupted on all sides.

On the ground floor, the villa consists of a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen and three bedrooms, each one overlooking a wide covered central courtyard with a fountain and cleverly flooded with light. The access to the fourth bedroom is by a staircase via the terrace on the roof and is therefore relatively independent.

The villa offers two very spacious double bedrooms in which 1 or 2 beds for children can possibly be accommodated. It includes a third double bedroom for a couple and a room with three single beds which could easily be dedicated to children.

The villa is autonomous in water and electricity, supplied by a battery of solar panels and a generator for support. The house boasts a high quality Flat screen TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, system sound for MP3 player, linen and towels and sunbeds at the edge of the swimming pool outside.

The staff comprises of a delightful couple who have a small house located at the bottom of the garden behind the vegetable garden. They are discrete and professional, and are there as and when you require meals cooked and of course they take of all the services around the house and gardens.

Should you require the services of a cook for your stay, for the preparation of two meals will be an added cost of 200 dirhams per day.
